Today, the Biden-Harris administration moved one step closer to delivering crucial, immediate relief as the American Rescue Plan advanced in the Senate with the support of Georgia Senators Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock and a tie-breaking vote by Vice President Kamala Harris.
