ICYMI: Georgia Democrats Highlight Build Back Better Agenda During DNC’s Bus Tour Stop in Atlanta

Yesterday, Congresswoman Nikema Williams, Chair of the Democratic Party of Georgia, joined Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance-Bottoms to highlight how Democrats are delivering for everyday Georgians during the Atlanta stop of the Democratic National Committee’s Build Back Better Bus Tour. The bus tour is making stops in more than ten states across the South, Mountain West, Midwest, and Northeast throughout the month of August.

“Georgians sent President Biden and Vice President Harris to the White House to deliver relief and opportunity for working families and build our country back better, and the Biden-Harris administration continues to make good on that promise,” said Congresswoman Nikema Williams, Chair of the Democratic Party of Georgia. “Over the past six months, the American Rescue Plan has helped millions of workers, families, farmers, schools, and small businesses safely get back on their feet. As we continue to move forward, Georgia Democrats will keep fighting for the President’s economic agenda so that our country can bounce back stronger than before and win the 21st century.”
