ICYMI: Brian Kemp’s Legal Troubles Mounting; Sued By Braves’ Photographer For Copyright Infringement

Latest Suit Against Governor-Elect Casts Shadow Over Inauguration Day

ATLANTA– The Daily Report reported Friday that Brian Kemp’s campaign and the Republican Party of Georgia are being sued by Atlanta Braves photographer Kevin Liles for using a copyrighted photo of Stacey Abrams in campaign advertising without Liles’ permission. This is only the latest cloud over the governor-elect as he comes into office– aside from copyright infringement, he is also being investigated for his failure to repay hundreds of thousands of dollars in unpaid loans and is expected to be asked to testify before Congress regarding allegations of historic voter suppression in the 2018 election.
