Ad Blitz Calls Out Raffensperger’s Record On Abortion, Voting Rights

This week, the Democratic Party of Georgia is blanketing the state with three new television ads in the Secretary of State’s race, running in the Atlanta, Savannah, Augusta, Macon, and Columbus media markets. The ads highlight Brad Raffensperger’s extreme record – including sponsoring one of Georgia’s worst anti-choice bills and supporting one of the most restrictive new voting laws in the country in 2021 – and paint the stark contrast between Raffensperger and Democratic nominee for Secretary of State Bee Nguyen.

Last month, Democrats launched the first general election ad of the race, focused on Raffensperger’s support for a dangerous abortion ban with zero exceptions – even in cases of rape, incest, or to save the mother’s life. The ad directs voters to TheRealRaffensperger.com, which houses more information on Brad Raffensperger’s problematic record which is out of step with the vast majority of Georgians.
