Doug Heckman
Doug Heckman, a Norcross resident, is running for Congress in Georgia's 7th District. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Heckman also holds an MBA from Duke University.
Bobby Saxon
Democrat and Iraq War veteran Bobby Saxon is challenging first-term incumbent Republican Paul Broun in the 10th Congressional District. Last year, the 10th was the scene of a hotly-contested special election, and Bobby hopes to return the district to Democratic hands for the first time since 1994.
Kevin Madden
Fayette County Democrat Kevin Madden is running for the Georgia House of Representatives in District 72. Madden faces multiple Republicans in a special election set for December 18th.
A longtime resident of Fayette County, Kevin is President-elect of his local Kiwanis Club, and Chairman of the Atlanta Air Cargo Association. He is a member of Holy Trinity Church.
Josh Lanier
Josh Lanier approved the formation of an exploratory committee for the U.S. Senate because he agrees with the majority of Georgians that the nation is off course; and his life experiences - as a fifth-generation Georgian, war veteran, Senate staff member, association leader and businessman - provide a knowledge that patriots are needed now to help make the changes that can get America back on track.
Bill Gillespie
Bill Gillespie, of Chatham County, is a retired Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Army, who has seen service in Iraq, Kuwait, Korea, and Germany. Bill recently announced his campaign to challenge Republican Jack Kingston in the 1st Congressional District, located in Southeast Georgia.
Dr. Rand Knight
Dr. Rand Knight is a Democratic candidate running for U.S. Senate in Georgia challenging incumbent Republican Senator Saxby Chambliss.
