Did you receive notification from your county that your vote by mail ballot would not count unless you take follow-up action?

Send a copy of the following documents to your county registrar by email or fax, or, present the original in person: 

  1. You MUST send one of the following:  a GA driver’s license; valid government, military or tribal photo ID; or a utility bill, bank statement, paycheck or government document that shows the voter’s name and current address.
  2. You MAY need to send the following: if the county informed you the signature on your ballot did not match or was missing, also submit a signed copy of this form, swearing that you are eligible to vote and voted by mail.

Complete follow-up by 5 pm on Friday, June 12 for your ballot to count.
